💜 FIVE YEARS OF THE SQUAD 💜

Five years ago, this was just an idea – an online space to help people move more, feel better and find consistency in the chaos of life.

I never imagined it would grow into what it is today: a community, a support system, a family.

Last night, surrounded by 109 incredible people, I felt so deeply grateful. Not just for what we’ve built, but for who we’ve built it with. The strength, the resilience, the friendships – this squad has never just been about workouts.

It’s about showing up for ourselves and for each other. And on International Women’s Day, I couldn’t help but reflect on the women who make this squad what it is.

Strong, supportive, inspiring. Women who have lifted each other up, walked side by side (sometimes quite literally, across Yorkshire’s toughest peaks!), and cheered each other on through every challenge – whether that’s a workout, a life change, or just a tough day.

Last night, we celebrated those who’ve transformed, who’ve shown relentless consistency, who’ve lifted up others.

And I couldn’t be prouder.

And then came Heather & Will’s speech. I was NOT ready. I was so awkward! Haha! The kindest words, the most heartfelt appreciation… they even brought out a surprise bouquet. 💜🥹

I also need to say some big thank yous…

💙 To my family & Will’s family – your love and support behind the scenes means everything.

💙 To every single one of you – whether you’ve been here since day one or just joined – you are what makes this special.

This squad has been my constant through every high, every challenge and every unexpected twist life has thrown my way. And I know it’s been that for so many of you too. Here’s to the next five years AND MORE!
