We wanted to create something that’s enjoyable and easy to follow – because let’s face it, this time of year can feel a bit crazy, don’t you agree? 🎄💃
Take part, spread the festive cheer, and let’s make December about looking after you💜
Onto our 5 tips to help you avoid overwhelm, stay energised and truly enjoy the run up to this Christmas:
1. Keep Moving 🏃♀️
Even if you’re busy, carve out 10–15 minutes for movement each day. A quick walk, a stretch, or a home workout will help you feel less stressed and more energised.
2. Nourish Your Body 🍎
Festive treats are part of the fun, but don’t forget to fuel your body with balanced meals too. Think plenty of veggies, protein and whole grains – you’ll feel so much better for it!
3. Prioritise Rest 😴
Late nights and busy days can take their toll. Aim for 7–8 hours of sleep and don’t feel guilty for saying “no” to anything that disrupts your downtime.
4. Stay Hydrated 💧
It’s easy to forget water when you’re sipping festive drinks, but staying hydrated is key to keeping energy levels up and headaches at bay.
5. Reset with Mindfulness 🧘♀️
When stress starts creeping in, pause and take a few deep breaths. Or, why not try a quick meditation? I’ve got a free 10-minute meditation class to help you de-stress and refocus.
👉 Reply to this email with the word “MEDITATION” and I’ll send it straight to you!
This December, let’s focus on staying calm, healthy and happy. Small actions can make a big difference and you’ll head into the New Year feeling your best.
Have a wonderful week,
Lorna x
