Is It Better To Workout In The Morning Or The Evening?
While any time you can fit in a workout is a win, there are some great reasons why mornings might just be the better choice…
First, morning workouts set an incredible tone for the day ahead. Imagine the sense of accomplishment as you check off that workout first thing – it can give you a powerful energy boost that spills over into everything you do.
Plus, when you work out early, you’re less likely to skip it. Life gets busy – meetings run late, family needs attention and dinner plans pop up…
By tackling your workout first thing, you’ve got it done before any of the day’s “stuff” gets in the way!
Mentally, morning exercise can also be a game-changer.
Physical activity releases those feel-good endorphins, setting you up to feel positive, focused and ready to take on the day. Imagine getting to work or starting your daily routine with that great mood and sense of calm already in place!
Of course, if mornings aren’t for you, that’s okay! But if you’re curious, try committing to a morning workout routine for a couple of weeks and see if you feel that difference.
It could become the highlight of your day. 🌟
