Exercise is so, so important for your Mental Health. It can be the most effective way to help you de-stress, centre yourself and cultivate inner calm ✨
We would love for you to take a little time out for yourself this week and complete one or both of these carefully choreographed classes:
- 🧘♀️ Meditation – 13 mins
- 🌿 Yoga Calm Start – 20 mins
