What a hot week it’s been (anyone invested in an air con unit yet? Haha!!)

  • This week we started our 14 Day Menopause Course and it’s going so well! The ladies are loving the frictionless, bite-sized coaching and snackable workouts. The support in the group is phenomenal – next level!
