What a week!
From dancing around in Will’s clothes (for Boyband Dancerobics – haha!) to
being in the local paper as “fitness guru” (ooh yeah) to
being nominated for Forty Under 40 (“celebrating a cross-section of the nation’s most influential and accomplished young business leaders under the age forty from a wide range of industries” – say whaaaaaaaaaaaa?!) to
welcoming 6 new lovely squaddies on board to
shortlisting and selecting not one, but TWO new team members at LMF (to be announced soon) to
planking around… everywhere!
It’s been a mental but brilliant week!
I’ve got 2 things for YOU today.

2. A quote to think about…
“The bad workouts are the most important ones. It’s easy to train when you feel good, but it’s crucial to show up when you don’t feel like it—even if you do less than you hope.
Going to the gym for 15 minutes might not improve your performance, but it reaffirms your identity. It’s not always about what happens during the workout. It’s about becoming the type of person who doesn’t miss workouts.”
