What A Typical Day Would Look Like

  • 07:30 - Wake-up with sun shimmering through your balcony curtains - it's time to move the body and feel good.
  • 08:00 - Head over to the rooftop for some Sunrise Yoga in the Mediterranean sea breeze. Feel revived.
  • 09:00 - Time to nourish the body with a healthy, fresh breakfast.
  • 11:00 - Chance to explore the island/ use the spa facilities/ get your 30 minute massage/ relax by the pool or do an authentic Greek cookery class! This is your free time to do as you wish!
  • 17:00 - Restorative Yoga or Pilates class to unwind.
  • 19:30 - Dinner watching the sun go down, chats and giggles over a glass or two of wine (if you fancy).

  • Arrive In Santorini 20.10.2024 (1 night required in Santorini due to ferry times)
  • 21.10.2024 - Catch ferry to Amorgos (not included - typical cost 150 Euros for 2023)
  • Catch the included transfer to the hotel from Amorgos post (45 mins)
  • 22.10.2024 - the first activities of the retreat officially begin!
