This year, we invite you to experience two carefully curated wellness retreats that guide you gently from spring reflection to summer energy. Thoughtful movement, nourishing food, mindful conversation and expert guidance come together to help you slow down, reconnect, and realign.
You can attend one retreat as a standalone experience, or both as a complete spring-to-summer wellbeing journey.

RESET
A Spring Wellness Retreat at Woodborough Hall
Sunday 12th April | 9:30am–4:00pm
RESET is an invitation to pause.
Held in the elegant and peaceful surroundings of Woodborough Hall, this spring retreat is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself — physically, mentally and emotionally.
This is not about doing more.
It’s about creating space.
Through gentle movement, guided journalling, nourishing food and deep rest, you’ll be supported to step out of the noise of everyday life and leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded.
No experience is needed. Everything is guided, welcoming and supportive.
PLEASE BRING: A mat, notepad, pen and water bottle.
What to expect
A warm, unhurried arrival with herbal teas and infused water
A grounding YogaScape® movement session to settle the body and nervous system
Gentle floor-based mobility to release tension and reconnect with your body
A nourishing lunch served in a relaxed, beautiful setting
A guided journalling session with guest speaker Jules, offering space for reflection and clarity
Breathwork and guided relaxation to integrate the day and leave feeling deeply restored.

Running Order – Woodborough Hall
9:30am – Arrival & Welcome
Arrive at Woodborough Hall, settle into the space and enjoy herbal loose-leaf Jing Tea or infused fruit water. Time to breathe, chat quietly, and ease into the day.
10:00am – YogaScape®: Ground & Flow
A gentle, breath-led YogaScape® session designed to calm the nervous system, soften the body and bring you fully into the present moment.
11:00am – Gentle Mobility & Release
Slow, floor-based movement focusing on mobility, release and reconnection. This session supports joint health, reduces tension and encourages a sense of ease in the body.
12:00pm – Nourishing Lunch & Rest
Enjoy Woodborough Hall’s beautifully prepared superfood platters or sit-down lunch. Take time to eat, rest, chat or simply enjoy the surroundings.
1:15pm – Journal Club with Jules
A guided journalling session led by guest speaker Jules. This workshop offers space for reflection, clarity and letting go, helping you reconnect with what really matters.
2:30pm – Breathwork & Guided Relaxation
A deeply calming session combining breathwork and guided relaxation to help integrate the day and allow the body and mind to fully settle.
3:30pm – Closing Reflections & Teas
A gentle close to the day with tea, water and quiet reflection. No rushing — just time to land before returning to everyday life.
4:00pm – Departure
Leave Woodborough Hall feeling relaxed, restored and reset.
