We’re here for busy women (especially mums) who want to feel strong, confident and energised again, without extreme plans, guilt, or pressure to be perfect.

This isn’t about smashing workouts or “starting again”.
It’s about consistency, support and building habits that actually last.

To empower women to build sustainable fitness habits that support body, mind and confidence long term. We focus on what matters most: consistency, support and enjoyment. Fitness becomes something you rely on, not stress about, something that adds to life rather than taking from it.

Hi, I’m Lorna 👋

I created Lorna Marie Fitness after years of coaching women who were doing their absolute best, yet still felt like their own health came last.

I wanted to create a space that felt supportive, encouraging and realistic – fitness you could return to again and again.
