Summer is here and for many busy mums it is a wonderful time to enjoy sunshine, holidays, barbecues and quality family moments. But let us be honest summer can also throw our usual routines completely out of the window.

With holidays, social events, tempting treats like ice cream and cocktails and the glorious chaos of the children being off school, it is easy to find yourself feeling sluggish, unmotivated and out of sync by the time September rolls around.

But it does not have to be this way.

I know how hard it is to keep motivated without a solid routine especially when the days get hotter, weekends get busy and juggling everything feels overwhelming. It is so easy to say “I will start again next week” or “I will get back on track in September”. And then suddenly weeks have gone by and you are starting the new school term feeling ten steps behind instead of a foot forward.

That is exactly why I am hosting the Busy Mums Summer Boot Camps at Lorna Marie Fitness this year.

What is Different About These Boot Camps?

These are designed with busy mums in mind no crazy workouts no complicated apps just simple doable exercises that fit around your life. The goal is to keep you motivated accountable and moving through summer so you feel good in your body and mind all season long.

You choose what works for you. Maybe you want to do the first couple of weeks before your holiday then pick up again when you are back. It is totally flexible.

How to Join?

We are keeping things intimate with just 15 ladies per week to make sure everyone gets proper support. To secure your place join the WhatsApp waitlist where I will share all the sign up information (message me BOOTCAMP and I’ll send you the link!)

As your chosen weeks start you will be invited into the corresponding WhatsApp group for that week’s boot camp. If you do multiple weeks non consecutively you will move between groups accordingly easy and organised.
