I joined Lorna Marie fitness for the 6 week reboot course. Getting a little downhearted at the gym and finding it a chore, I was looking for alternate ways to exercise. Lorna has infectious enthusiasm which makes her the perfect fitness instructor and coach. Her classes are fun and motivational and she's worked hard to deliver a broad mix of on demand and live classes so that everyone can find something they enjoy. I've become slimmer and stronger as a result of Lorna's flexible fitness program - it's not dogmatic and can easily fit in around my business and family commitments. I'm particularly enjoying her Stronger, Pilates and Combat classes but she has lots more to choose from including Zumba, Step, Aerobics, Sculpt, Spin, Yoga and Power Walking. Who knew that I'd buy a barbell and enjoy using it! I would thoroughly recommend Lorna's 6 week introductory program - you'll get out of it more than you think.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! I’ve always struggled with fitness and my body probably was in the worst shape ever before starting the 6 week course. I was in a bad place physically and mentally I knew fitness would help I just didn’t know where to start. Joining Lorna Marie fitness was the best decision and has honestly changed my life! I’ve gone from no exercise to doing 5 classes a week. I’ve become so much more stronger and I have so much more energy. My mental health has significantly improved and I have such a better outlook on life. Lorna and Laura (and of course Tech Will) have infectious energy, positivity and are on hand whenever you need them, I’ve finally got the motivation I need to make those changes and become a better version of myself. 1000% recommend!

I have just completed my 6-week foundation course with Lorna Marie Fitness and have found Lorna to be an excellent motivator, offering a comprehensive package in terms of fitness, nutrition and wellbeing. The range of fitness classes (online, live and in person) and the guidance offered is excellent and really there is something to suit everybody! In addition, this is the first fitness experience I've had where, whatever your fitness level, you genuinely feel included and part of a fitness family - I don't know about you, but I've never had that experience at a gym! I still have a way to go on my journey to getting my fitness mojo well and truly back, but I'm determined to get there!
