First of all, thank you.
If you’re reading this right now, that already says so much about where you’re at.
It tells me you’re thinking seriously about your health and fitness this year. And I just want you to pause for a moment and really acknowledge that. Whether you’re reading this with a cup of tea, folding washing, sneaking five minutes in the car, or catching up late at night, this time you’ve carved out is for future you.
And that matters. So well done you. Truly.
What I want this to be is a really casual, honest chat. No pressure. No perfection. Just a real conversation about what I see every single day in the fitness industry, especially when it comes to busy women and working mums who want to look after themselves but really struggle to fit it all in.
If that’s you, you’re very welcome here.
Life Is Full and That’s the Problem
At Lorna Marie Fitness, we help busy women who genuinely care about their health, but life is full. Demanding. Relentless at times.
It’s not that you don’t want to move your body or feel better. You do. That’s why you’re here. But by the end of the day, energy is limited. And as a working woman myself, I know exactly how easy it is for you to slip to the bottom of the priority list.
Does this sound familiar?
You start the week or even the year with the best intentions.
Then midweek hits and you’re exhausted.
Life is lifing.
Workouts get pushed aside because something else always comes first.
Your energy feels low, motivation dips, and when results don’t last, it’s frustrating and honestly quite disheartening.
After a while, it’s not just the process you lose confidence in. It’s yourself.
But please hear this. It’s not your fault.
You’re not broken. You’re not failing.
Life is fast paced, especially here in the UK, and so many women feel stretched thin, overwhelmed, and unsure where to even begin. Between work, family, responsibilities, and the constant mental load, it can feel like there’s nothing left for you. No time. No energy. No get up and go.
And while these struggles are incredibly common, they don’t have to be your reality.
This Is Where We Do Things Differently
This is exactly why I created the Six Week Challenge.
We deliver a balanced approach, one that still works on a Thursday night when kids’ clubs run late, work spills over, you’re tired, busy, and motivation is at an all time low.
This isn’t about adding more stress to your life.
It’s about supporting you within the life you already have.
So often we’re taught that starting a health or fitness programme means giving something up. Cutting things out. Restricting. Overhauling everything.
But this adds to your life.
Even if your life already feels very full.
The focus is on sustainable changes. Things you can actually keep up, that don’t feel like a chore, and don’t require you to turn your whole world upside down. Changes you might even enjoy.
Because feeling good, inside and out, matters.
It’s So Much More Than Online Fitness Classes
Yes, we do online workouts.
But honestly, saying that alone is the understatement of the century.
What we really do is help you move from just surviving the week to actually feeling like you’re thriving.
Here’s how.
Quick, Effective Workouts
I’m a big believer in the positive domino effect of movement. Even a short, positive workout can change everything. You drink more water, eat better, sleep better, feel more energised, and then want to move again.
Gone are the days of needing an hour in the gym or losing an entire evening to a class. Our workouts are short, effective, and realistic. Live in the mornings, replayed in the evenings, and always available on demand.
You work fitness around your schedule, not the other way round.
We cover strength, cardio, mobility, and holistic movement because the whole picture matters.
Simple Nutritional Guidance
This is about boosting energy and supporting fat loss without strict rules.
No tracking.
No cutting out food groups.
No extremes.
Just realistic, supportive guidance that helps you feel better day to day.
The Squad (Our Secret Sauce)
And this really is something special.
Our squad is supportive, welcoming, kind, and incredibly inspiring. Women who get it. Women in the same boat. Women who lift each other up on hard days.
You’re not doing this alone.
You’ve got weekly check ins, guidance from me, and a community that genuinely has your back.
Designed to Fit Around Your Life
You don’t need more time.
You don’t need to be “fit enough” to start.
You don’t need to overhaul your life.
Workouts are 20 minutes or less, and yes, that really is enough.
Follow the timetable, choose the sessions that suit you, or even double up if you want. Everything complements everything else. You don’t need to think. Just show up.
And if you’re feeling drained right now, here’s something important to remember.
Exercise gives you energy. It doesn’t take it away.
We don’t ask you to train six or seven times a week. Most people start with three. Within a couple of weeks, they already feel like a different person.
This isn’t a quick fix.
This is about building momentum and giving you the tools to keep going long after the six weeks are done.
What Changes, and Not Just on the Outside
Yes, people often join wanting to lose weight or tone up, and that’s absolutely fine.
But what surprises them are the secondary wins.
More energy.
More strength.
More confidence.
Feeling capable in everyday life.
Running around with the kids.
Carrying heavy shopping without thinking twice.
Looking in the mirror and recognising yourself again.
And the ripple effect matters. Everyone around you benefits too. Your family, your partner, your colleagues, your friends.
Because you start showing up as you again.
Don’t Just Take My Word for It
I always encourage people to read our Trustpilot reviews. It’s one thing hearing it from me, but these words come from women who’ve lived it.
“The best decision I’ve ever made for myself. I can’t imagine my days without a workout now.”
“The community and support system is priceless.”
“For the first time, I’m thinking nourishing, not punishing.”
“I’ve never stuck with fitness before. Now I’m that person who looks forward to working out.”
Real women. Real lives. Real change.
If This Feels Like Your Moment
If you’re reading this thinking, “Yes, this sounds like what I need”, please don’t put yourself at the bottom of the list again.
You deserve to feel well.
You deserve to feel strong.
You deserve to feel like you again.
Come and join us.
Put yourself first.
You are number one.
And you deserve that spot.
I’d absolutely love to welcome you into the squad.
