CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Please note: I will always give modifications to exercises in every class so you can remove impact if you wish and make the class your own.
(E) denotes equipment needed 

AEROBICS – our exercise to music cardio workout to great beats! It’ll get your heart pumping, your face beaming and your brain working to piece together the mini routines. 

B.L.A.T – Butt, Legs, Arms, Tums – works them all! No equipment needed – just you and a bit of space. 

BODYBLITZ – Our fun aerobics workout! A class that will leave you smiling, sweating and feeling good!

BODY CONDITIONING (E) – Sculpting class using a booty band to shape and tone the whole body. Your butt will feel the burn!

COMBAT – A combat-based cardio class designed to make you feel epic and work the whole body! Boxercise-based intervals. Be prepared to sweat and feel amazing.

CYCLE (E) – Cycle away to the beat! Music to get you motivated and feel epic! You will need a spin bike, stationary exercise bike or a turbo trainer to cycle. 

DANCEROBICS/ DANCE FITNESS – Dance away in your living room, bedroom, garage, kitchen – wherever! A fun workout that feels more like a party!

HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training. One of the best ways to improve your fitness fast! Intense, short periods of work, followed by a short recovery. You can take the class at your own pace and I give low impact options too. 

HIIT WITH A BARBELL (E) – as per “HIIT” but with a light barbell or weights..

KETTLEBELLS (E) – A workout using dynamic movements to improve your strength, endurance, cardio fitness and balance using a kettlebell.

PILATES – Strengthen the core muscles, improve posture, increase flexibility and alleviate back pain. I always give modifications so you can increase or reduce intensity to work your body at your level. (Gin-lates: Pilates with Gin or whatever tipple you fancy!)

POWER WALKING – A great low impact workout that’s kind on the joints, super fun and gets those steps in! (Think low impact aerobics and lots of marching!)

POWER YOGA – (See “YOGA”) Yoga with more of an athletic/ strengthening approach

SCULPT – A low impact workout to work the entire body without jumping once! Do not be fooled, this doesn’t make it a super easy class! You can make it as hard or as easy as you wish.

STEP AEROBICS (E) – nothing like a bit of old-school aerobics to work your cardio fitness whilst working the legs, butt and core (with a step of course).

STRONGER (E) – A barbell/ weights-based workout choreographed to your favourite tunes! Strengthen and shape the entire body. (You can use hand-weights if you do not have a barbell). Inspired by the famous “BodyPump”.

TABATA – (see HIIT). HIIT intervals with 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.

YOGA – Improve your flexibility, balance, strength and mind-body connection. Gentle flows to energise the body and calm the mind giving you a lasting sense of wellbeing. I am an AFAA Practical Yoga Specialist and my class is tailored for all fitness levels. 

YogaScape® (FORMERLY YOGAFLO) – A Yoga-style class carefully choreographed to flow with the music to help you be in tune with the present moment.

It is the gateway to mindfulness through the power of movement and music combined. Immerse yourself in the present moment as the music guides your flow, fostering a deep mind-body connection and an escape away from the fast-paced lives we live in.

YogaScape® will give you a sense of inner peace and relaxation. The class enhances flexibility, balance, mobility, and core strength. Over several weeks, witness your own growth and progression, feeling more refreshed and balanced in body and mind.

This class is perfect for busy people who struggle to relax. Escape the demands of every day life and feel better in both body and mind.

ZUMBA – The fun, party workout! Simple routines to Latin-inspired pop music. You don’t need to be able to dance – there are no rules in Zumba, anything goes!
