Not at all. The workouts are short and manageable and the focus of this Reset is support, understanding and consistency rather than pushing hard.

That is completely fine and very much expected. This is designed for real life. You do not need to do everything perfectly to benefit from it.

You’ll be added into a private group where I’ll post the daily voice note, workout and action step. It keeps everything simple and easy to access.

No. We’ll absolutely talk about body composition and the frustration many women feel around that, but this Reset is really about understanding your body, supporting energy, sleep, strength, mood and confidence too.

Because this is the pilot round. The usual price will be £47 but I’m offering a few places at £27 in return for honest feedback so I can shape the course before the wider launch.
